Individuals with outstanding red light camera violations are encouraged to take care of these matters at once.

A complete listing of vehicle license plates with one or more outstanding red light camera notices is published regularly and available online. This is a large file containing over 52,000 records - please be patient while the file loads on your computer.

This list also includes your violation notice / citation number; it is the number the number that begins with PR in the first column of the spreadsheet (ex: PR00123456.)

How to Pay Automated Enforcement (Red Light Camera) Violations
You may pay red light camera violations through the mail, by phone, in person, or online. You may use Visa or Master Card as well as a check, cash, or money order to pay violations. (A $2.95 convenience fee will be charged by your credit card company.)

If using a check, please allow 15 business days for the release to be processed.

To process your transactions accurately, you will need to provide the vehicle license plate number as well as the violation notice / citation number. If you do not know the violation number or vehicle license plate number, you may call customer service at 972-422-7900 or 877-847-2338.

    Payment may be made using Visa or Master Card by calling 972-422-7900 or 877-847-2338. Operators are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST) to assist you.
  • Payment by Mail
    Forward your violation notice / citation number along with a check or money order payable to:

    The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cash, check, money order, Visa, and Master Card are accepted when paying your bill in person.

    Violations can be paid online by using the PhotoNotice website. You will need to know your violation notice / citation number, vehicle license plate number, and city code (Plano).
