Dickens is a FREE annual event nestled in the heart of the Historic Downtown Plano Arts District. It's the traditional family holiday event of the year! With live entertainment, delicious food, a variety of attractions and a visit from Santa - there's something for everyone to enjoy. You'll see occasional strolling carolers in costume and the Interurban Museum opens its doors for some Polar Express fun.
Food vendors offer an assortment of tasty treats, including: hot drinks, kettle corn, smoked turkey legs, fried fish and shrimp, funnel cake and more! Many downtown businesses extend their hours and invite you to browse for the perfect holiday gifts for everyone on your “nice” list.
Families and leashed dogs are welcome.
The event is located in Haggard Park, McCall Plaza and on a limited section of 15th Street in Downtown Plano. Free parking is available at the Plano Municipal Center (1520 K Avenue) and public lots off 14th Street.
