New Solicitor's Permits

If your business has never been issued a solicitor’s permit via City of Plano, you will need to complete a Business Solicitor’s Permit Application.

If you have more than one individual soliciting for your business, each person must also complete the Individual Solicitor’s Permit Application.

Business Solicitor's Permit Application Process:

  1. Step One: Complete a Business Solicitor's Permit Application;
  2. Step Two: Print. sign, and send the completed permit application to the permits coordinator. (This information may be scanned and submitted via email to Solicitor's Permit Office.)
  3. Step Three: The individual acting as the owner of the Business must submit a copy of the following information:
  4. Step Four: Submit a copy of the solicitation flyer, samples, etc. that will be handed out, (This information may be scanned and submitted via email to the Solicitor's Permit Office.) 
  5. Step Five: Please contact the Alarms and Permits Unit at 972-941-2426 to make a payment.

Individual Solicitor's Permit Application Process:

  1. Step One: Complete a Individual Solicitor's Permit Application;
