Warrior Brain Training

Warrior Brain Training

Plano veterans and active duty military are eligible to participate in this interactive brain training program that helps you enhance cognitive performance and put into practice habits that can help exploit your brain’s untapped potential.

Presented by UTD (University of Texas at Dallas) Center for Brain Health in collaboration with BIND (Brain Injury Network of Dallas). The strategies, proven by more than a decade of clinical trials, strengthen the brain’s frontal networks – regions supporting attention, planning, judgment and emotional management.

The next round of training is Wednesday and Thursday, October 10-11 from 9:30am-12:30pm at Haggard Library, 2501 Coit Road. At the same time, classes are offered for spouses and caregivers. The strategies taught in these workshops strengthen the brain’s frontal networks that will assist in helping military spouses and caregivers reduce stress, increase productivity and improve prioritization for better work/home life balance

Participants must register and attend both sessions. Limited seating is available.
