Construction Survey

In an effort to provide our citizens with better service, the City of Plano sends out to our citizens a survey when we are constructing a Community Investment Project in their neighborhood. The survey is mailed to the affected residents and you have the option of filling out the mailed copy or filling out the survey on-line. If there are items with the project that have not been completed to your satisfaction, please let us know now, so that we can get our contractor to address them.
