picture of Dark Blend mulchTexas Pure Dark Blend Mulch has approximately a 5% - 10% compost contribution making this mulch an ideal medium to introduce beneficial bacteria, micro-organisms, and fungi to your landscape beds. Texas Pure dark blend mulch contains no dyes or colorants, is  naturally dark because it is already on its way to becoming compost! Mulch as you would with any fresh ground wood mulch spreading 3-4 inches under stress and shrubs to drip line for  established planting beds.

The success of your landscape plantings depend on trees and shrubs receiving essential moisture and nutrients provided by amending planting soils with compost and mulch.
