May I bring in my own caterer? May we bring in our own alcohol?
Plano’s Choice Catering is the exclusive caterer for the Grille at Pecan Hollow Golf Course. Our Catering Manager will assist you in selecting from our wide variety of menus. Our chefs can also custom design a menu for your special event. Plano’s Choice Catering also handles all bar service. Events serving alcohol may require security. Security is provided by the Plano Police Department at the customer’s expense. The current rate is $30 per hour per officer with a four hour minimum.
How many guests can your facility seat?
The dining room will seat up to 80 banquet style. The outdoor patio can accommodate 30 guests.
How soon can I book an event? Will you hold a date? How do I secure a date?
We accept reservations up to one year in advance. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable $250 catering deposit and signed contract are required to secure a date on our books.
What additional costs do I face?
Sound System and limited Audio Visual equipment is available for rent.
May I decorate the room?
You may use masking tape decorate for your event. Nails, hooks, screws, tacks, staples, putty, double-sided tape or strong adhesive tape may not be used. You are responsible for any damages to the facility and removal of all decorations, materials, trash, residue etc. after the event. We will provide trash cans and assistance.
Do you allow outdoor signage or outdoor banners?
The City of Plano restricts outdoor signage and banners. Any outdoor signage must be approved by City of Plano Building Inspections.
