Conveniently located near US 75, Plano Station is in the heart of historic downtown Plano, adjacent to DART Rail and across from Haggard Park.

This unique space includes an attractive outdoor patio area and can accommodate up to 100 guests.  Plano Station offers Wedding Packages, Audio-Visual equipment and Plano's Choice Catering and Beverage Service.

Plano Station Frequently Asked Questions:

May I bring in my own caterer?  May we bring in our own alcohol?
Plano’s Choice Catering is the exclusive caterer for the Plano Station.  Our Catering Manager will assist you in selecting from our wide variety of menus.  Our chefs can also custom design a menu for your special event.    Plano’s Choice Catering also handles all bar service.  Events serving alcohol may require security.  Security is provided by the Plano Police Department at the customer’s expense.  The current rate is $30 per hour per officer with a four hour minimum.

How many guests can your facility seat?
The Station can seat up to 120 theatre style and up to 80 banquet style.

How soon can I book an event?  Will you hold a date?  How do I secure a date?
We accept reservations up to one year in advance.  Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.  A non-refundable 50% deposit, (half of total rental fee) and a signed contract is required to secure a date on our books.

What does the room fee include?
The lease fee covers rental of the room, tables and chairs, set-up and tear down.  Plano’s Choice Catering fees include table linens, china, glassware and flatware.

What additional costs do I face?
General Liability Insurance is required for tradeshows, conventions and events open to the public.  Plano’s Choice Catering charges are plus 18% service and and 8.25% sales tax.

May I decorate the room?
You may use masking tape to decorate for your event.  Nails, hooks, screws, tacks, staples, putty, double-sided tape or strong adhesive tape may not be used.  You are responsible for any damages to the facility and removal of all decorations, materials, trash, residue etc. after the event.  We will provide trash cans and assistance.

Do you allow outdoor signage or outdoor banners?
The Plano Station has an outdoor reader board.  We will post flyers/posters to advertise your event.  The City of Plano restricts outdoor signage and banners.  Any outdoor signage must be approved by City of Plano Building Inspections.
