Redemption

Redeeming animals impounded by Animal Services is done at the shelter during normal shelter hours. Any owner redeeming an animal from the shelter is responsible for the payment of impoundment fee(s) and may receive citations. A copy of the Redemption Agreement is listed below. Please remember to bring your pets current rabies vaccination paperwork from the vet and his/her proof of current City of Plano registration. If you think Animal Services has impounded your pet, please call us so that we can check our reports. Even if we do not have your pet, we can take a Lost/Found report and call you back if we hear anything about your pet.
