THE MAJOR GRANTS WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD ON APRIL 12, 2008 FROM 9AM-11AM IN THE COX BUILDING CLASSROOM, ROOM 121. Grant applications and guidelines are available here in downloadable PDF format. Major Grant Guidelines FY 2008-09 Major Grant Application FY 2008-09 Small Grant Guidelines FY 2008-09 Small Grant Application FY 2008-09 Special Event Sponsorship Guidelines FY 2008-09 Special Event Sustaining Grant Application FY 2008-09 Special Event Start-Up Grant Application FY 2008-09 The deadline for Major Grant Applications, Special Events Grant Applications, and 2008 Small Grant Applications is May 9, 2008. Complete applications, as specified in the Guidelines documents (also available here for download), must be delivered no later than 5:00 PM. Please consult the guidelines for information on eligibility for the various grants. Please note that an organization may apply for either the Major Grants or the Small Grants, but not both. Small Grant and Special Event applicants will make presentations to the Cultural Affairs Commission on June 2, 2008. Major Grant applicants will make presentations to the Commission on July 12, 2008. City Council will consider the recommendations of the Cultural Affairs Commission in August, and final grant decisions will be made in September.
