Major Grant Application Major Grant Guidelines Small Grant Application Small Grant Guidelines The deadline for Major Grant Applications, Special Events Grant Applications, and 2009 Small Grant Applications is May 15, 2009. Complete applications, as specified in the Guidelines documents (also available here for download), must be delivered no later than 5:00 PM. Please consult the guidelines for information on eligibility for the various grants. Please note that an organization may apply for either the Major Grants or the Small Grants, but not both. Small Grant and Special Event applicants will make presentations to the Cultural Affairs Commission on June 1, 2009. Major Grant applicants will make presentations to the Commission on July 11, 2009. City Council will consider the recommendations of the Cultural Affairs Commission in August, and final grant decisions will be made in September.
