Oversee franchise agreement negotiations, monitor compliance, and monitor revenue.
Handle citizen complaints toward electric, telecommunications, gas utilities,
and cable TV.
Provide support to Cities Aggregation Power Project Inc. (CAPP) board member.
Process and monitor City's electric bills.
Provide support to legislative coordinators.
Conduct special projects for City Manager and Executive Directors.
