You can report streetlight outages in ONCOR Electric Delivery's service area by calling 1-888-313-4747 or by going to their Website at http://www.oncorgroup.com/community/streetlights/form.aspx
If the lights are in a CoServ service area, please call 940-321-7800 to report streetlight outages.
If you have reported the same streetlight several times, and the streetlight is still not repaired, please call Nancy Rodriguez at 972-941-7510.
