Our centralized reservation service is available for groups
using two or more Plano hotels. The latest computer technology guarantees a smooth and
efficient process.

Arrangements can be made for entertainment, theme parties,
tours and special group activities. With a variety of local venues, we can make
suggestions, provide contacts and assist in location selections.

A variety of exciting activities, ranging from recreation
center programs to major league activities can be arranged for children of all ages.
Transportation Coordination
Local transportation coordination is available to those
groups utilizing more than one hotel and the Plano Centre. We will also coordinate
transportation to off-site events.
Promotion Assistance
We can help arrange a welcome address from the Mayor of
Plano or other City Officials. Welcome letters and proclamations can also be made
available upon request.
