The Plano Economic Development Board, Inc. (PEDB), a non-profit corporation, is not subject to the Open Meetings Act.
PEDB agendas are posted to provide the public with information on the Board's meetings. The Plano Economic Development Board reserves the right to convene into Executive Session to discuss agenda items in the regular meeting or to deviate from the posted agenda.
