2007 Environmental Star of Excellence Winners
The Commercial Recycling staff has created a recognition and award program for community business organizations. The Environmental Star of Excellence Awards will be presented to organizations that take an active role in supporting the focus of environmental stewardship, reducing waste and litter, increasing recycling and site beautification, and helping to educate local community citizens. As the membership to this program grows, participating organizations will submit an application each year to highlight their successful programs. If you would like to be recognized for your environmental accomplishments or sustainable practices through the Environmental Star of Excellence Award, download and submit the 2008 ESOE Application by August 1, 2008.
