The Keep Plano Beautiful (KPB) Commission has developed this enhancement program for Plano homeowner associations. The program was initiated at the neighborhood level in the belief that people working together can enhance and beautify their surrounding community. KPB provides this weekend clean-up dumpster free of charge to the local neighborhood associations for their commitment to clean-up their public areas. Please submit the following application.  All weekend scheduled clean-ups are done on a first come first served basis.
