Open Records Requests (Incident/Fire Reports, Medical Records, Ambulance Billing)
Certain types of information are available from the Plano Fire Department under the Texas Open Records Act.
Open Records requests must be submitted in writing. Requests are not accepted by telephone.
All Medical Requests must be submitted in person with a valid drivers license.
