The recent rash of terrorist activity has raised many questions in the minds of the citizens of Plano. As a result, we have compiled the following resources to help answer some of these questions.

Information Line Now Available - 972-941-2626
The City of Plano's Information Task Force now has an information line available.  The primary purpose of this line is to provide information for those that do not have Internet access. Topics addressed by the phone line include:
  • Guidelines for Recognition of a Suspicious Package
  • What to do if you Suspect a Package
  • How to Better Prepare for an Emergency
  • Steps Being Taken to Protect the City's Water Supply
  • Other Resources

The Task Force will continue to supply updates through this website.  (The Information Line will soon be available in Spanish.)
