The Plano Public Library System now makes downloadable audio books available via NetLibrary. NetLibrary also contains eBooks and eJournals for your reading enjoyment. To create a NetLibrary account, you must use a public PC located in any of the Plano Public Library locations. Once there, follow these steps to create an account: Go to http://www.netlibrary.com Click the Create a Free Account link in the upper right hand corner of the page. Complete all required fields and click the Create Account button. Once your account is set up, you may use this link - http://www.netlibrary.com - to access the system and the audiobooks from home. We have prepared this FAQ to answer additional questions, explain how to use the system, etc.
