If your citation is in warrant status, you may have the warrant cleared by one of the following:
Posting a Cash Bond (in person)* Posting an Attorney or Surety Bond Paying the fine amount in the form of cash, money order, or cashier check ONLY Calling GPE (GovPay EXP) toll free/24 hours @ 1-888-604-7888. You will need to give GPE the following information:
o PLC # 1530
o Amount to be paid
o PID # or Warrant Number
NOTE: Payment through GPE will result in a conviction on your driving record if you have not previously entered a plea. Payment through GPE may NOT be processed for Driving Safety Course or Deferred Disposition options.
*NOTE: After a Warrant is cleared by the posting of bond, you may apply for Deferred Disposition to keep the citation off your record. You must appear in person at the Court Clerk's Office and complete an application. If your application is accepted, the Special Expense Fee for the violation for which you are charged will be set in an amount equal to the maximum fine and will be due at the time of your application for Deferred Disposition.
