  Neighborhood Objectives

The Neighborhood Planning Program strives to facilitate education and communication between city departments and the citizens.  We want citizens, who do not know what services are available, to ascertain that information in the best possible way (i.e. the Resident’s Guide).  Ultimately, this process is designed to enhance resident’s overall quality of life.
