Stratford Estates Neighborhood Planning Project  (formerly known as Rustic Park) Sign toppers are ready to go!   The Stratford Estates Neighborhood Association is currently drafting the association bylaws.  Stay tuned for more details... Residents from Stratford Estates presented the action plan to the Planning & Zoning Commission on August 4.  It was recommended for approval to City Council by a vote of 8-0.
