Stratford Estates Neighborhood Background

The area designated as the Stratford Estates Neighborhood is made up of the following subdivisions:

  • Prairie Creek Estates 1
  • Cloisters 1
  • Cloisters 2
  • Cloisters 4
  • The Castlery
  • Dallas North Estates 14
  • Greenway Court
  • Collin Greene Condos (120 housing units)

The listed subvisions (not including Collin Greene Condos) consists of approx. 808 housing units.

At the May 22 meeting, residents worked on the vision statement for the neighborhood as well as the goals and objectives.  We will continue to work through this process.  If you would like to share comments, please feel freel to contact me at moniquec@plano.gov or 972-941-5397.


At the May 29 meeting, the Neighborhood Planning Team finalized the vision statement and goals and objectives for the Stratford Estates Neighborhood Action Plan.  We also discussed the neighborhood sign topper (design, color, image).  We will continue the sign topper discussion in the upcoming June 12 and June 19 meetings.  Please visit the Stratford Estates Yahoo Group to participate in the sign topper dicussion and toss around ideas with your neighbors!

Survey Results


The Stratford Estates neighborhood, consisting of approximately 808 households received the neighborhood planning survey.  15% of the neighborhood or 118 households responded to the survey.
