The Annual Report of the Development Business Center summarizes public and private development activity during the period from January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005. It also describes the functions, responsibilities, and accomplishments of the following departments within the Development Business Center: Building Inspections, Engineering, Planning, and Property Standards. Included in this document are background reports, demographic data, and information resources relating to such topics as: Development Review, Heritage Preservation, Long Range Planning, Neighborhood Services, Community Investment Projects, Transportation Planning and Engineering, and Code Enforcement.
