The mission of Neighborhood Services is to preserve Plano's neighborhoods. To accomplish this, we work with residents and Homeowners' Associations in preparing neighborhood plans to address their concerns. We provide low-cost rehabilitation loans to homeowners to help maintain their homes, and we provide financial assistance to help families who are purchasing their first home.
