Housing Rehabilitation Contracting Opportunities

The City of Plano provides housing rehabilitation and emergency repair funding to income qualified Plano residents. To ensure an adequate number of contractors and subcontractors are available to complete the housing rehabilitation and emergency repair work, the Neighborhood Services maintains a list of pre-approved vendors. For consideration, all vendors are required to complete the attached downloadable Contractor Application. Completed applications are forwarded to
