Plano City Council and Planning & Zoning Meetings Produced by Stan Pierce , Rebecca Cunningham , and Don Riedmeier The City of Plano replays City Council Meetings and Planning and Zoning Meetings Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am, Thursday evenings at 8:00 pm, Saturday mornings at 1:00 am, and Sunday afternoons at 1:00 pm. We now have two extended play copies of these meetings available to check out in the Municipal Reference Library. The Plano Television Network also features a variety of other entertaining programming for your enjoyment.
