This year, as in years past, community retailers and the Plano Police, will come 
together on Halloween night at Plano Market Square Mall to provide children with a safe alternative to outdoor Trick-Or-Treating. Within this secure environment, children will be able to play games, win prizes and Trick-Or-Treat at the numerous booths setup within the mall.
In order to make this event a success the Police Department accepts donations of candy from neighborhood groups, businesses and individuals. In return for making candy or monetary donations to purchase candy, those who made donations have their names displayed and showcased at the event.
