The Language Bank provides oral and written translation services to the City of Plano in our courts, police department, fire department, and numerous other departments. It assists departments in communicating with Plano citizens who do not speak English. Languages needed at this time are: Japanese, Romanian, Russian, Kurdish, Bosnian, Turkish, Arabic, and Portuguese. Volunteers must be fluent in both English and foreign language.
