free indoor water conservation items All city residents are eligible for free indoor water conservation items. High quality, low flow showerheads, kitchen & bath aerators, toilet leak detection tablets, shower timers and adjustable toilet flappers are available for pick up at the Customer and Utility Service (CUS) counters. Counter hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday. CUS has two locations in Plano: Municipal Center at 1520 Ave “K” (between 15th & 18th St.) Joint Use Facility at 7501 N. Independence (adjacent to Davis Library).
