Project Name: Cheyenne Park Renovations Start Date: 1/2008  End Date: 8/2008 Project Elements: Irrigation system renovations, plaza renovation, loop trail, backstop/dugout renovation, bleacher shade and pads.     Project Name: Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve, Phase III Start Date: 2/2008  End Date: 7/2009 Project Elements: Recreation trails, large pavilion for group reservations, visitor center, retreat center, lake and other water features, nature preservation and conservation areas, open space, parking, utilities, lighting, restrooms and associated facilities. Project Name: Shady Brook Trail Extension at Spring Creek Parkway Start Date: 1/2008 End Date: 6/2008 Project Elements: Extend trail to Spring Creek Parkway to connect segments of trail already in place and to extend trail to the west. The necessary easements have been acquired. Project Name: Bluebonnet Trail Extension (West) Start Date: 2/2008 End Date: 7/2008 Project Elements: Recreational trail construction from White Rock Creek to Shady Brook Trail ( Midway Road ) within the Spring Creek Parkway right-of-way. Project Name: Bluebonnet Trail Extension (East) Start Date: 2/2008  End Date: 8/2008 Project Elements: Recreational trail construction from Alma Road to U.S. 75 ( Central Expwy ). Project Name: Transit Village Veloweb Start Date: 10/2008 End Date: 5/2010 Project Elements: Construction of a 12ft wide recreational trail between the DART George Bush Turnpike Station and the DART Parker Road Station along the DART right-of-way. Project Name: Median Landscaping Start Date: 12/2007 End Date: 3/2008 Project Elements: Planting trees and new irrigation on Emerald Coast Dr. Trees and landscaping on Plano Parkway from Avenue K to Alma Rd. Project Name: Parkwood Blvd Median Landscaping & Irrigation Start Date: 1/2008 End Date: 4/2008 Project Elements: Planting trees and irrigation on Parkwood from Park Blvd to Plano Parkway.
