Why are the restrooms closed from November through March?
Restrooms and drinking fountains are winterized and closed through our colder months to prevent damage from freezing weather. With Texas weather, we realize that there occasionally are nice days in late February and early March, but we must protect the last-minute freezes each spring and appreciate your patience and understanding in protecting these assets.
