Registration Planning Sheet (drop off form)  Course registration has many options: Leisure OnLine via the Internet - use our online service to search for courses and to self-register. You must have a Family Account PIN and Individual ID Number to utilize the registration portion of the site. You may contact any recreation center to get this information. Payment by credit card is required. Click here to enter Leisure OnLine Leisure OnLine Touch-Tone - use a touch-tone telephone to process your registration. Dial 972-424-9278 and follow the voice instructions. You must have a Family Account PIN and Individual ID Numbers for every member of your family to utilize this registration option. You may contact any recreation center to get this information. Payment by credit card is required. Walk-In - after registration begins, you may walk-in to any recreation facility and register in person. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Drop-Off - you may complete a registration form and drop it off at a recreation center during certain designated dates. Forms will be processed by staff and you will be notified of the results. Registration for most programs remains open until the start date of the course. Course fees are determined by residency, however, everyone is welcome!
