RESERVATIONS

Reservations are available for the following pavilions:

Arbor Hills Nature Preserve - Bur Oak Pavilion only
Bob Woodruff Park (North)- near the lake
Bob Woodruff Park (South)
Haggard Park
Harrington Park
Hoblitzelle Park
Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve
Preston Meadow Park
Russell Creek Park- near lake
Shawnee Park
Willowcreek Park

Reservations are accepted for one of two time slots - 8:00am to 2:00pm OR 3:00pm to 9:00pm.

Make a Reservation
Please call the Administrative Office at 972-941-7250 to make a pavilion reservation.

The Reservation fee is  determined by the pavilion selected and is non-transferable, non-refundable. A refundable reservation deposit of $75 will also be required with each reservation. All fees must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded within three weeks of the reservation date provided there has been compliance with all park rules.

Reservations will be permitted by individuals, businesses, and community organizations within the boundaries of  the Plano city limits.

Organizations are generally prohibited from charging admission or conducting fund-raising activities in their use of the pavilions. Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the Director of Parks and Recreation and will require a Park Special Use Permit.
