RESERVATIONS Reservations are available for the following pavilions: Arbor Hills Nature Preserve - Bur Oak Pavilion only Bob Woodruff Park (North)- near the lake Bob Woodruff Park (South) Haggard Park Harrington Park Hoblitzelle Park Preston Meadow Park Russell Creek Park- near lake Shawnee Park Willowcreek Park Click on the park name above and then the Availability button on that page to narrow your selection of dates and times. Reservations are accepted for one of two time slots - 8:00am to 2:00pm OR 3:00pm to 9:00pm. Make a Reservation Please call the Administrative Office at 972-941-7250 to make a pavilion reservation. Effective January 1, 2008 the reservation fee will be increased to $25 per time slot (non-transferable, non-refundable). A refundable reservation deposit of $75 will also be required. The deposit will be refunded within three weeks of the reservation date provided there has been compliance with all park rules. Reservations will be permitted by individuals, businesses, and community organizations within the boundaries of  the Plano city limits. Organizations are generally prohibited from charging admission or conducting fund-raising activities in their use of the pavilions. Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the Director of Parks and Recreation and will require a Park Special Use Permit.
