Plano Senior Recreation Center Renovation
The Plano Senior Center Recreation Center renovation and expansion project is underway. The center will remain open and operational during the construction period.
The architects from Smith Group JJR have submitted the Design Development Drawings to the City’s Engineering Department for review. The flood plan study has been completed and results delivered to the City. Meetings have been held with the kitchen design team regarding expansion of kitchen, pantry and dining area. The dining area will expand from the current 990 sq. ft. to approximately 1,890 sq. ft.

Located at the Plano Senior Recreation Center, the Wellness Center for Older Adults addresses the needs and concerns for our senior population in Collin County. Please click here for more information about the Wellness Center for Older Adults.
The “Swinging Seniors” league bowls every Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Plano Super Bowl on Ave. K. Call the bowling alley at 972.424.5561 for details.
Plano Senior Men’s Golf Association plays Monday and Thursday at Pecan Hollow Golf Course. For information on fees call Pecan Hollow at 972.941.7600.
