This 2009 HUD approved First Time Homebuyer Education Classes are presented by the City of Plano. There are grant funds available (up to $10,000) for ELIGIBLE buyers. These monthly classes provide tips on the home buying process:

Budgeting & Credit Preparation Homebuyer's Roadmap

How to get pre-approved for a mortgage

How to select a realtor and home inspector
