Palmer Takes Reigns of the National Purchasing Institute
Diane Palmer, CPPB, Purchasing Manager of the City of
Plano Purchasing Department was officially installed as president of the
National Purchasing Institute (NPI) during the 37th
Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida last week. She will serve as
President for a 1-year term.
NPI represents purchasing officials
employed by national, state and local governments, educational
institutions, and tax-supported and public entities throughout the
country.
