Plano District 4 Neighbors Invited to Roundtable Discussion

Plano City Councilmembers will meet with citizens in District 4 on Thursday, August 24 to discuss issues important to this area of the Plano.  The meeting is from 7 to 9 p.m. at Haggard Library, 2501 Coit Road.

The meeting is part of an ongoing outreach program called Plano City Council Neighborhood Roundtable. Councilmembers and City department representatives will answer questions and work with the citizens to find solutions to district concerns.  Though the meeting is focused on District 4, all Plano citizens are welcome to participate.  Light refreshments will be served.

District 4’s north boundary is Spring Creek Parkway; the south boundary is the City’s limit (President George Bush Turnpike); the east boundary is Alma Road; and the west boundary is Coit Road (from Spring Creek south to Parker) and Ohio (from Parker south to the southern City’s limit).

A map with all the districts is available online at www.plano.gov under Departments and Community Outreach.  For more information call (972) 941-7747.

Neighborhood Roundtables are held quarterly and rotated through Plano’s four districts to provide an opportunity for citizens and Councilmembers in the convenience of their home neighborhood.
