  1. Tuesday Night Dances for Adults 50+ - "Bill G. Band" Ballroom/Variety

    October 23, 2018, 7:00 PM - 9:15 PM

    Tuesday Night Dances – Join other adults 50+ for a weekly dance from 7:00pm-9:15pm. Live C&W music on the first and third Tuesdays and the second and fourth Tuesdays are variety/ballroom music. Entry is $5 per person at the door. Visit planoseniorcenter.org for band schedule. Due to renovation/expansion of the Plano Senior Recreation Center, Tuesday Night Dances have temporarily moved to Celebration Event Center & Ballroom, 2165 W. Park Blvd @ Custer Road.

  2. Paws on the Plaza: Howl-ween Costume Party

    RESCHEDULED! Bring your pooch for Paws on the Plaza's last event of the year! Join us for a costume parade with prizes from Three Dog Bakery Plano, a small obstacle course and photo op area for you and your pup. Our professional trainer, Jason Godwin will be onsite to answer any of your dog-related questions and help you work with your dog. The Howl-ween party is free to attend and the first 50 puppies will get a free treat bag from Three Dog Bakery Plano as well!

  3. 2018 Shoots and Ladders 5K & 10K

    October 28, 2018, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ Amphitheater at Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve

    Benefitting Plano Police Association and Plano Firefighters Association, the Amphitheatre at Oak Point Park is the perfect Start/Finish location for a 5K and 10K run. Runners and walkers will enjoy a beautiful route through Oak Point Park and nature preserve. All race participants will receive a finisher medal, a gender-specific technical shirt, and a Fire/Police silicone bracelet. Definitely a cause and race swag worth running for!
