Flags, floats, marching bands, drill teams, cheer squads and so much more! Come celebrate Independence Day at this annual holiday parade.
The parade starts in the parking lot of the Plano ISD administration building. It will travel west on 15th Street then north on Independence Parkway, then east on Parkhaven Drive ending in the parking lot of Plano Senior High School. Parade Lineup begins at 6:30 a.m., the parade runs 9 to 11 a.m.

The Plano Symphony Orchestra, led by Maestro Hector Guzman, presents an entertaining, exciting and inspiring tribute to America!
Favorite patriotic music includes: God Bless the USA, Tribute to American Cinema, America the Beautiful, Sousa marches, Salute to the Armed Forces, Pops Hoedown and more! Joining the Plano Symphony will be the Patriotic Pops Chorus and soloists Rayvon Owen, vocals and Glen Hummel, trumpet. This performance has been sold out last 14 years!

Mark your calendar and plan to cap your July 4th celebrations with a big bang at Plano’s All American Fourth Fireworks at Oak Point Park. The firework show is synchronized to music, so tune into radio station 97.5 KLAK for the live simulcast. Come early to get a great spot for this spectacular pyrotechnic show. It’s FREE and plenty of parking is available at Collin College, Plano Event Center and First United Methodist Church. Spring Creek Parkway will be closed between Parker and Jupiter Roads from 4:00 pm until end of show. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and come celebrate Independence Day!

7:30 pm – Pre-fireworks music with live DJ
9:30 pm – Stupendous Fireworks Show with live music simulcast on 97.5 KLAK

Registration for summer camps and classes begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 5 for Plano residents and at 5 a.m. on Monday, May 7 for everyone else. Classes begin the week of June 4.
