Seasonal Changes in Restroom and Drinking Fountain Availability
During the winter months it is necessary to winterize park and trail system restrooms and drinking fountains. In order to so, water to the building or fountain must be turned off and remain off through periods where the potential for freezing exists. Service to winterized restrooms and drinking fountains will be restored around mid-March, subject to weather conditions. Because of recent improvements at some locations, service will be available at a select number of locations year round.
