Property Standards Division

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Property Standards division is focusing on imminent public health and life safety concerns. 

While this is our main focus, we will continue to provide excellent customer service to our residents and businesses by monitoring our community and responding to complaints that are a potential public health and life safety concerns. Complaints that do not fall into these categories may not be addressed until the emergency declaration has expired. 

The Property Standards division is committed to providing outstanding services to residential and commercial property owners and occupants that promote compliance with property maintenance codes and ordinances that directly impact health, safety and welfare; thereby contributing to their overall quality of life in Plano.
