Personal Safety and awareness empower kids with knowledge and skills to help protect themselves when harmful situations may come about. Checking First with a trusted adult, utilizing the Buddy System, and telling people “No” when they make you feel uncomfortable are some skills kids can practice in order to help keep them safe.
