Request for Proposals (RFP) – Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program

The City of Plano receives an annual allocation of HOME Investment Partnerships funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide affordable housing to low-income households. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City is seeking proposals for a Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program. Funded by HOME, this program is to provide 12 months of housing assistance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Plano, who have been economically impacted by COVID-19.
