Development and Zoning Submittals

Applications and petitions will be accepted by electronic submittal to planners. Any paper plan submittals may be mailed or dropped in the box near the front door, but should be followed by an email to ensure timely receipt. Plans are not considered received until a planner has reviewed and accepted the documents and must still meet processing deadlines.

The City of Plano Planning department reviews and makes recommendations on the subdivision of land (platting), zoning requests, site plans and Certificates of Appropriateness for designated heritage resources.
