Open Enrollment is now closed. Confirmation Statements will be available the second week of November. 

Once available, active employees will receive an email to review Confirmation Statements in PeopleSoft and confirm elections. Pre-65 retirees will receive Confirmation Statements through regular mail. If nothing needs to be changed, your Open Enrollment process is complete and you do not need to return the Confirmation Statement. If you do have changes, indicate them in writing on the Confirmation Statement with your signature and return to [email protected] no later than 5 pm on Thursday, November 16.

To view Confirmation Statements in PeopleSoft once available (Active Employees only):

  1. Log into PeopleSoft
  2. Select the COP OE Confirmation Statement tile
  3. Click “Push Button to generate Benefits OE Confirmation Statement.” If the form does not show, hold the Ctrl key and select the button again

New benefit plan payroll deductions begin with the January 4, 2024 paycheck.
