Haunt Jaunt 5K and Fun Run
Be a part of the City of Plano's spookiest event of the year!
Vendor space is one 8-foot table. You will be provided your table and chairs. You are responsible for your own tent, clamps, or any other equipment you may need to display your items. Please note that there will not be access to electricity or water.
There will be a limited number of food vendor spaces available to ensure everyone is successful. Food vendors will be selected based on diversity of selection offered. This means that we will have to deny multiple food vendors offering the same product.
If you have further questions, you can email Laura Fair at LauraF@plano.gov
I agree to set-up and be ready for sales by 5:00pm on the day of the event, unless I notify the City of Plano's Special Events Supervisor by close of business on October 1. I agree to remain onsite until the closing of the event at 9:00pm. I understand that violation of these requirements will forfeit my fee and the ability to participate in future events sponsored by the City of Plano.
Entry Form and photographs must be submitted in one application. Payment should be made out to the City of Plano and mailed to City of Plano Special Events, 1517 H Avenue, Plano, TX 75074. Your application will not be considered complete until payment has been received. If paying by credit card, please contact us at 972-941-7288 or firstname.lastname@example.org after submitting application. We can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Be Specific and Include All Items
Please understand that we have limited booth space and want all booths to be appropriate for this event. Once the application is received, the event organizers will determine if you are a good fit for this event and contact you within the week. We also do not want vendors selling the same items. In that case, the first vendor of that type to apply and pay will have the opportunity to be at Haunt Jaunt.
Vendor must commit to staffing a booth and offering services during all event hours. For good and valuable considerations received, the undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Plano, its members, officers, directors, employees, sponsors, volunteers, contractors and agents from any and all liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, diminution in value, costs, and expenses (including all court costs
and reasonable attorney fees) (collectively, “claims”) that the undersigned may suffer or incur prior to, during, or following
participation of the event in the Oak Point Nature Reserve, including any injury to persons or property under my
control or to persons or property of my agents, employees or invitees from any cause, including but not limited to theft or
loss of property. The undersigned recognizes the hazards of participation in an outdoor event and assumes all risks of
participation; refunds will not be given in the event of inclement weather. In consideration of the City of Plano allowing me to participate in Haunt Jaunt and being aware of the possible injuries that could occur to me as a result of that participation, I, on behalf of myself, release all City of Plano officials, employees, and agents from any and all injuries and damages whatsoever arising from my participation in Haunt Jaunt.
I, my heirs and representatives, agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the City of Plano, its officials, employees and agents from any and all claims made by me or my insurer for injuries or damages related to the Haunt Jaunt event.
I agree that the City of Plano, its officials, employees, agents, and representatives have the right to use photographs of me taken at Haunt Jaunt without payment to me.
