    The City of Plano will conduct its Annual Point in Time Homeless Count on January 23, 2020. Volunteer training begins at 8:00 PM at the Plano Municipal Center. Volunteers will head out immediately following the training and return back to the Plano Municipal Building by 12:00 AM.     The City of Plano uses an annual consolidated grant process for funding consideration of its Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership and Buffington Community Services Grant funds. Two identical information sessions will be held for prospective applicants to learn more about the grant application process. Attendance at one information session is MANDATORY for any agency wishing to submit an application for the 2020 grant year.
