  1. Heritage Farmstead Museum's Lantern Light - 1920s: The Age of Innovation

    December 7, 2019, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Heritage Farmstead Museum

    There will be tours of the Historic Victorian home throughout the event, a farm scene light display, storytelling, wagon rides, children’s crafts in the one room school house, choirs in the Pole barn, photos with Santa Claus and so much more.

    A storytime for families featuring stories, songs and movement activities inspired by a weekly theme. Family Storytime combines elements of Toddler Time and Preschool Storytime to promote language and listening skills, enhance motor skills, expand imaginations and inspire a child’s curiosity about the world. Typically 25-30 minutes. Ages 0-5.

    Registration for Fall 2019 classes begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, August 3 for Plano residents and at 5 a.m. on Monday, August 5 for everyone else. Swim, hike, dance, do tai chi and yoga, brush up on computer skills, paint, sew, camp under the stars, kayak, learn to paint and more!

With Santa's permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity. Faced with the harsh realities that his father is on the naughty list and his half-brother doesn't even believe in Santa, Buddy is determined to win over his new family and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.
